Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is in new, sellable condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
